In singing the breathing technique is very important, because this is the preparatory for the singers to hit the high note and have sufficient power to reach it’s dynamics of the tone.
- Hold your diaphragm and take a slow and deep breath.
- Expand your belly while you inhale
- Then slowly releases the airs while your belly pushing inward.
- Note that the big muscle at the bottom of your chest cavity that expand downward when you exhale it create a space to possess an air that you inhale.
- Then try to do it several time until you feel acquainted with the manner to breathe.

Facial Relaxation Technique

This activity is done for the purpose of smooth execution of face in delivering the words or lyric of the song.
- Position your two hands in your forehead and massage it out ward. After 2-3min of doing it do it in reverse.
- After your forehead, you bring your hands to your cheekbones and do the same way you massage your forehead.
- Raise your two tombs and put it to your palate massage it until it smooth.
- Massage the back nick until it relaxes.
- Slowly squeeze your eyes shut and contract your face.
- You slowly expand it and relax; now drop your jaw and relax it.
- Yawn and slowly massage your jaw to relax it.
Next
- Warm up your tongue; stick it out and extend it out as far as possible. Do this in four direction, stretch towards your chin, nose and both ears.
- Stretch it well and feel the base of your tongue that it connects the bottom of your mouth in 30-45seconds

Proper Alignment/Standing Position

As a Singer Musician, our body is our instrument. So, like some musician we need to warn and tune first our body to prepare it to produce good quality voice and correct placement.
So first we will start warming up our whole body in aligned standing position:
  • Stretch your arm up ward, until your reach. You need to feel a slight stretch pain from the side of your body.
  • Slowly move it to the right side and you need to have the feeling of slight stretch in your left side of your body.
  • Slowly return it to the center again and bring it other side. Likewise you need to feel the same stretch form the other side of your body.
  • Then bring both arms on your chest and slowly swing it side by side to open your rib cage.
Next
  • Relax your arm and bring it down to your side. Now relax and breathe, slowly roll your head down in from of you and stretch you nick down.
  • Slowly bring it to the right side and stretch.
  • Bring it back to the center and slowly bring it other side stretch and bring it to the center.
  • Slowly roll your head back and retrieve.Do this towards your back.

Next
  • Stand firmly and bend your knees.
  • Jiggle
  • Move your whole body
  • Relax and slightly swing your arms to relax your whole body.
